
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2–1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla PRO7EIN Synthesis protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or use 1/2 teaspoon for a spicier shake
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: crushed gingersnap cookie (naughty), fat-free whipped cream (nice), sprinkle
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until thick and smooth. Garnish with toppings, if desired. Enjoy!
