Ingredients: 
  • 2 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 1/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 garlic powder
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks 2-4 skewers
Directions: 

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder together. Add chicken and pineapple to the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to let the marinade sink in. Preheat the grill. Thread chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
