
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1-2 TBS grape seed oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 3-4 TBS water
- Top with pepitas
Add all ingredients to food processor except water and pepitas. Turn processor on and add water 1 TBS at a time or until desired consistency. Top with pepitas and serve with veggies, pita chips, etc!
