Strawberry Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients: 
  • ​1 1/4 c gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/4 c natural almond butter
  • 1/4 c unsweetened desiccated coconut 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 c Agave syrup
  • 1/4 c chocolate chips, vegan 
  • 1/4 c freeze dried strawberries, crushed

These gluten-free Chocolate Chunk Strawberry Energy Bites make a perfect on-the-go snack, breakfast or even dessert. Packed with whole grain oats, freeze dried strawberries, almond butter and chocolate chips–this no fail recipe is the ultimate satisfying no-bake treat!

In a large bowl or stand alone mixer, stir together all the dry ingredients. Add in the honey and almond butter and then mix until combined. Roll into balls and serve. Store in an airtight container
